How can I check pricing?

To see prices, you must first register on the website.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. When you spend $10,000 within 365 days you receive a 5% discount. Once you spend $25,000 within 365 days you receive a 10 % discount. These pricing levels stay with you for a rolling 365 days. 

How can I check inventory?

For inventory questions it is best to reach out via phone (205) 670-1084 or email jason@limestonehome.com

Once your oder is placed we will check inventory and secure your product. If any item is out of stock we will put you on a wait list and contact you when the piece is back in stock. 

Is there a minimum for ordering?

Yes and no. 

Wholesale minimum orders that ship: $1500 

There is no minimum for in-warehouse pick up orders. 

How do I order?

  1. Login/Register on the website.
  2. Add items to your cart.
  3. Submit your order. 
  4. You will receive a separate invoice via email with your confirmed order of in-stock merchandise. You pay the invoice through the e-mail.

What payment methods do you take?

Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.  ACH transfer. Wire. 

In-warehouse pick-up can be paid in cash or check. 

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Birmingham, AL.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your order size and location.

How will my order ship?

Most of our freight shipments are delivered via LTL shipments based on the size and weight of your order. Note that it can take up to 14 days from the time your order is received before you will receive tracking information.**

What if my order is damaged? 

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email: damages@limestonehome.com and include pictures. 

If there is damage to the box when it arrives please note it on the BOL.
